1. General

By using Hundeskovene.dk you accept these terms. The service is provided free of charge and "as is".

2. User content

When you submit reviews, photos or corrections to Hundeskovene.dk, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and use the content on the platform. You keep the rights to your own content.

3. Copyright and use of the content

The content of the service - texts and descriptions, photos, map material and the complete directory of dog parks with its associated information - belongs to Ninja Media ApS and is protected by the Danish Copyright Act. The directory itself is also protected as a database under section 71 of the Danish Copyright Act. The fact that some basic information comes from public sources does not change the protection of the compilation or of our own editorial content.

You are of course welcome to read the content, share a link and use the information for your own walk in the park. However, you may not copy, download, store, publish, redistribute or otherwise exploit the content - whether for private or commercial use - without our prior written permission. This also applies to systematic extraction (scraping) and automated collection.

Search engines and AI services are welcome, though: crawlers that follow our robots.txt may index our public pages, show them in search results and answers, and use them to train AI models. This does not give the right to republish the directory or parts of it, or to build a service that replaces Hundeskovene.dk.

Content you have submitted yourself remains yours - see section 2.

4. Conduct

You must not:

Submit false or misleading information
Upload offensive or illegal content
Try to manipulate reviews or ratings
Use automated tools to scrape data

5. Disclaimer

Information about dog parks is user-generated and may contain inaccuracies. Always check local rules and signs when you visit a dog park. Hundeskovene.dk is not liable for any damage arising from use of the information.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time. We delete your personal data within 30 days. Reviews are anonymised but remain visible.

7. Email communication

When you contribute content to Hundeskovene.dk - including reviews, corrections, new dog parks or photos - you agree that we may contact you at the email address you provided about your contribution. This may include confirmation of receipt, follow-up questions, or notice that your contribution has been approved or rejected.

We only send emails directly related to your contributions. You will not receive marketing or newsletters unless you actively sign up separately.
