Dog parks on Tåsinge

Tåsinge lies between Funen (Fyn) and Langeland, linked by bridges, and is one of the gems of Det Sydfynske Øhav (the South Funen Archipelago). The landscape is gentle and lush with rolling fields, old avenues and woods such as Vornæs Skov, crowned by the romantic Valdemars Slot at Troense. The quiet roads and coastal paths make the island a charming place to walk your dog.

On Tåsinge you will find Tåsinge Hundepark, a fenced dog park where your dog can run off-lead behind the fence. It has agility equipment and a puppy area, among other things, so both young and adult dogs can romp in safe surroundings. The fenced area is perfect for off-lead play and training.

Tåsinge is surrounded by the mild waters of South Funen, and along the coast by Svendborg Sund there are lovely beaches to walk along. On ordinary beaches dogs must be on a lead from 1 April to 30 September, and your dog may only run off-lead from 1 October to 31 March, always under control. Only on an official dog beach may your dog swim and run off-lead all year round.
