Dog parks in and near Haarby

Haarby is on south-west Funen close to Helnæs Bugt and Lillebælt (the Little Belt), in a landscape of hills, woods and coastal fields. Being close to both water and woodland makes the area a versatile place to walk your dog.

In and around Haarby we list woodland dog areas and fenced dog parks within a radius of the town. Assens Hundeskov at Brunebjerg and the coastal Feddet ved Brydegård are among the places where your dog can run, and several areas have agility and a puppy area.

Facing Lillebælt and Helnæs Bugt there is an official dog beach where your dog may swim and run free all year. On ordinary beaches dogs must be on a lead from 1 April to 30 September, and may only run free from 1 October to 31 March - always under control.
