About Lunderskov Hundeskov

Lunderskov Hundeskov is a fenced dog park of about 3.5 hectares (about 5 large football pitches) south-west of Lunderskov by Nagbølvej. It was created by Kolding Municipality and opened in August 2017. It is a real wood with trees, shade and paths winding through the vegetation, so your dog can run free while you take a gentle stroll. The dog park is popular, and there are usually other dogs to play with. Some paths can get muddy in wet spells, so wear suitable footwear. The ground and paths make it difficult to get around in a wheelchair or if you have limited mobility. No water point has been recorded, so bring water for your dog. The dog park is close to the motorway, and many people use it as a stop to rest and walk the dog on the way to West Jutland and the holiday homes. There is free parking for about five cars at the dog park.

Indhegningen ligger ikke som vist på kortet, men tættere på motorvejen. Der er ikke vådområde i indhegningen - som oplyst - men ligger ved siden af.

Hundeskoven er helt ny og åbnede den 24/8 2017. Er indrettet med borde og bænke samt vandskåle til hundene. Nye fine stier. Dejligt område.

Don't do it!! Var i lørdags d. 24 juli 2017 der ude. Blev sat af af min kæreste, som skulle hente noget i Rødding. Så jeg havde en time at gøre godt med. Gik en enkelt runde, hvilket max. tog 15 min. Havde taget under 10 min. hvis ikke jeg flere gange måtte hen og trampe grene med torne ned for at min hund kunne komme frem på den såkaldte sti. Og nej, har ikke en lille 5 kg hund. Men 45 kg!! Efter 15 minutter havde vi forladt stedet, for en tur i snor på vejen var at fortrække i forhold til virkelig dårlig hundeskov.
