Dog parks in and near Vojens

Vojens lies in the heart of Southern Jutland, in a quiet landscape of plantations, lakes and rolling fields. To the east are Jels-søerne (the Jels lakes) and the large plantations, and several woodland areas are close by. That makes for varied dog walks all year round.

In and around Vojens you'll find a string of dog parks. Jels Hundeskov in Stursbøl Plantage and the fenced Haderslev Vesterskov Hundeskov are among the larger ones, while Bevtofte Plantage and Lindet Skov offer more woodland and shade nearby. Several of the parks have agility equipment, and you can choose between fenced dog parks and open plantations.

Vojens lies inland, so the woods, plantations and lakes set the scene. At Jels-søerne and in the plantations you'll find shelter, shade and rich nature all year. Remember that your dog must be kept on a lead outside the fenced dog parks, out of consideration for wildlife.
