Dog parks in and near Brovst

Brovst lies in Han Herred in north-west Jutland, between the Limfjord to the south and the Danish North Sea coast to the north. The landscape is shaped by meadows, fields and wide open countryside with plenty of fresh air. It is a peaceful place to walk your dog, far from the noise of the town.

In and around Brovst there are scenic surroundings to walk in, and several woodland dog areas and fenced dog parks in the surrounding north-west Jutland are within reach. The area's woods and plantations offer woodland and shade, and there is plenty of room to run off-lead in the open countryside. If you drive a little towards the neighbouring towns, the choice of dog parks grows even further.

Brovst lies right between two coasts, and neither the Limfjord nor the beaches of Jammerbugt are far away. If you fancy a trip to the sea, the ordinary rules apply: your dog must be on a lead from 1 April to 30 September and may only run off-lead from 1 October to 31 March. Only on the official dog beaches may your dog swim and run off-lead all year.
