Dog parks in Fredericia Municipality (Fredericia Kommune)

Fredericia Municipality lies on Lillebælt (the Little Belt) in eastern Jutland, where the water, the historic ramparts and the woods close to town shape the area. The town is known for its old fortress ramparts, today a green breathing space in the middle of town, and beyond them woods and countryside stretch towards Taulov and Erritsø. Here it is a short way from town to nature with your dog.

The municipality has a few woodland dog areas and dog parks where your dog can get out on the woodland floor and under open skies. Randal Skov and Taulov hundeskov, both fenced, give room for long walks, while the dog playground at Fredericia Vold is a fenced alternative in town close to the centre. The places are spread out, so there is something both in town and outside.

Outside the dog parks, the woods and the ramparts offer varied walks all year. Along Lillebælt and in the green areas in town there is plenty of room to walk, as long as your dog is kept under control. The woodland at Randal and Taulov also gives shelter and shade, so you can enjoy the walk whatever the weather.

The dog parks in Fredericia Kommune are in postcode 7000 Fredericia.
