Dog parks in Vallensbæk Municipality (Vallensbæk Kommune)

Vallensbæk Municipality lies in Greater Copenhagen (Storkøbenhavn) facing Køge Bugt (Køge Bay), where the town's green spaces meet the beach park and the open water. The small municipality is easy to get around, and both Vallensbæk Strandpark and the nearby green corridors give you breathing space in the middle of the suburb. It is a manageable place to walk your dog in everyday life.

Vallensbæk Municipality has Hundeengen at Vallensbæk Strandpark - an open grassy dog park where your dog can run off-lead behind the fence. There is plenty of room to play and run close to the water, and the surrounding paths suit calm walks on a lead. The choice is smaller than in neighbouring municipalities, but the place is easy to reach.

Although Vallensbæk borders Køge Bay, off-lead dog life here mainly happens on the grassy dog park by the beach park. You can enjoy lovely walks along the coast, but remember that dogs must be on a lead on the beach from 1 April to 30 September. Outside the season dogs may run off-lead under control.

The dog parks in Vallensbæk Kommune are in postcode 2665 Vallensbæk Strand.
