Nordre Fælled Potely (hvalpe og mindre hunde)

At Nordre Fælled near Randers you will find the fenced dog park known locally as Potely. It lies south of Nordre Fælledvej and covers 2.3 hectares, about three football pitches. The dog park is divided into two fenced dog areas: a smaller one for small dogs and puppies and a slightly larger one for dogs that like to pick up speed. That makes it a good place for small or young dogs that need some calm. There are self-closing gates at the entrances, and when you leave the fenced area your dog must be on a lead again. There is no water tap, so bring water for your dog. The area is not suitable for disabled visitors. There is parking by the dog park, and there are shelters about 200 m away. Just to the north is the large dog park on Nordre Fælled, so it is easy to combine a visit to Potely with a longer walk on a lead. Access is free, and the dog park is run by Naturstyrelsen Kronjylland (the Danish Nature Agency).
