Vester Hassing Hundeskov

In Vester Hassing, north of the Limfjord (Limfjorden) roughly halfway between Nørresundby and Hou, you will find Vester Hassing Hundeskov in a wood on the edge of town by Nordmarken. The area is about 2.5 hectares, roughly three and a half large football pitches, so it is a really good, spacious size. The landscape is completely flat with no hills, and there are many paths around the fenced area, making it easy to get around for both dogs and owners. The dog park has practical facilities for visitors. There are table and bench sets where you can take a rest, and a litter bin for disposing of dog bags properly to keep the area tidy. If you arrive by car, note that parking right by the wood is somewhat limited. Visitors are advised to use the parking on Hovgårdsvej instead.
