Babylone Hundeskov

Babylone Hundeskov lies in Babylone Skov north of Gammel Humlebæk, between Ny Strandvej and Gammel Strandvej. It is a dog park in a coastal wood, where your dog can run free while you enjoy a walk in peaceful surroundings. The dog park covers 3.3 hectares, roughly four and a half football pitches. By Gammel Strandvej there is parking and a view out over the water, and there are public toilets about 300 m from the dog park. There are also tables and benches about 200 m away. There is no water tap in the dog park, so bring water for your dog or fetch some at the public toilet. The paths are not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers. If you visit the dog park in the winter period from 1 October to 31 March, you can take your dog down to Babylone Strand and let it swim and play in Øresund. Entry is free, and the wood is run by Naturstyrelsen Nordsjælland (the Danish Nature Agency, North Zealand).
