Hundeskov i Fredensborg Lund

The dog park in Fredensborg Lund is a small town wood right in the middle of Fredensborg. It is a quiet wood with paths and shade, where your dog can run off-lead on a short walk. The wood covers 6 hectares, a little more than 8 football pitches. It lies on the corner of Kongevejen and Lundebakken, and there is a small car park with its entrance from Kongevejen between the roundabout and the railway. Please note that the dog park is not fenced and lies close to a major road and the railway. It is therefore best suited to dogs with good recall. There is a rubbish bin but no water tap, so bring water for your dog. The area is registered as accessible for disabled visitors. Entry is free, and the wood is run by Naturstyrelsen Nordsjælland (the Danish Nature Agency).
