Spørring Hundeskov

The dog park in Spørring, between Randers and Aarhus, is an initiative of Spørring's residents' association. It is at the end of the road where Randersvej 591 is. The dog park itself has a 2-metre-high fence around its 2.4-hectare area. If you include the area that is not fenced, it is a much larger area (25 ha). There, however, you must be considerate of other people. In the dog park there is a fine shelter with a bench where you can take cover in bad weather. There is also a bench out in the open. The dog park is wild nature with small paths that dogs and owners have made themselves between small bushes, wild planting and small trees. The dog park lies at the end of a gravel road, in a scenic old disused gravel pit. Parking is available south of the dog park. From the car park, follow the paths to the dog park entrance. Remember to keep your dog on a lead until you are inside the dog park.
