Vigerslevparken fritløbsområde syd

The off-leash area (not fenced) in the southern part of Vigerslevparken is a small area where dogs may run off-lead. It covers about 1.900 m², roughly a quarter of a football pitch, and is by Vigerslevvej. Vigerslevparken is a green belt four km long, stretching from Damhussøen in the north to Valbyparken in the south, with the Damhusåen stream running through it. The off-leash area combines well with a longer walk along the stream with your dog on a lead. No water point, toilet or benches are recorded at the off-leash area, so bring water for your dog. There is a playground about 100 m away. You can park on Sydkærsvej - but check the current rules. Entry is free, and the area belongs to Copenhagen Municipality.
