Damgårdsparken Hundeløbegård

Damgårdsparken Hundeløbegård is in Ballerup, where it is a well-integrated part of the Damgårdsparken recreational park. The fence with fixed gates means dogs can safely be let off-lead to burn off energy and greet other dogs. As in other public off-leash areas, a dog may only be off-lead if the owner has full control over it and can call it back. Inside the fence is an open grass area with plenty of room to run and play, naturally surrounded by the park's tall trees. To keep the area pleasant for everyone, there are bins for dog poo bags. As the fenced dog area connects directly to the park's paths, it is easy to combine your visit with a longer walk nearby. Just remember to put your dog back on a lead as soon as you leave the fenced area.
