Klokkekilde Skov

The dog park in Klokkekilde Skov near Stenløse is part of Buresøskovene. Here your dog may run off-lead in the dog park as long as you have full control of it; note that the dog park is not fenced. The dog park is by Klokkekildevej and Isenbjerg. The dog park covers 10 hectares, about the size of 14 football pitches, so there is plenty of room for a longer walk. The wood is open to all visitors, including those without a dog. Full control means that you can always stop your dog, that it keeps close contact with you and does not disturb other visitors, other dogs or wildlife. Dogs that cannot do this must be on a lead. There is no water tap, so bring water for your dog. The area is not suitable for wheelchairs. Access is free, and the wood is run by Naturstyrelsen Hovedstaden (the Danish Nature Agency).
