Urup Hundeskov

In Kerteminde Municipality on Funen (Fyn) lies Urup Hundeskov, also known as Urup Hundepark. This private off-leash area (not fenced) of just under 1 hectare was created by the owner, Belinda, who opened the park because she personally missed a safe alternative to the traditional public dog parks. The result is a place where peace and safety come first for the four-legged visitors and their owners. You cannot visit this dog park without booking and paying in advance! Visits work by advance booking only. When you book a time, you and your dogs get the whole area completely to yourselves. This makes for an ideal, undisturbed setting where you can train or simply let the dogs play freely without the risk of unexpected meetings with unfamiliar dogs. Booking costs DKK 25 for half an hour, and this price covers all dogs from the same household. If you need more time to burn off energy, you can book several slots back to back, provided the calendar is free. If you would like to bring a dog friend from another household for social play, there is a surcharge of DKK 10 per dog for each half hour. Payment is made easily via MobilePay to number 104572. To keep things running smoothly between visitors, there are a few fixed, practical rules. You must not enter the area before your booked time starts, and please leave a few minutes before your time ends, so the area is completely empty and ready for the next dog.
