Dog parks in and near Korsør

Korsør lies on the far edge of West Zealand facing Storebælt (the Great Belt), where the coast, salt meadows and nearby woods shape the landscape. With water on several sides and green areas close to the town, you have every chance of varied dog walks.

In and around Korsør there are several woodland dog areas and fenced dog parks within a short distance. The fenced Kobæk Hundeskov and Christianslund Skoven offer woodland and shelter close to the coast, while the fenced Højbjerg Hundeskov gives room to run. Several places are fenced, with both agility and quieter sections, so puppies can get off to a good start too.

By Storebælt there is an official dog beach where your dog may swim and run off-lead all year, under control. On ordinary beaches, however, dogs must be on a lead from 1 April to 30 September, and only from 1 October to 31 March may your dog run off-lead.

Always check the signs so you end up on the right part of the coast.
