The dog park covers just under 7 hectares and offers a varied landscape with woodland, open stretches and lovely views over the lake. Access is from Klitmøllervej, where you can also park at the entrance to the area. Turn in at Skovlegeplads Årberg (woodland playground) to reach the dog park.

Hundeskoven er indhegnet hele vejen rundt. Mod syd er hegnet kun hoftehøjde, mens hegnet i den øvrige del er skuldehøjde (besøgt 18. juli 2021)

Ikke særlig velplejet område. Måske fordi det havde regnet meget i en periode, alt var sumpet og nærmest umuligt at komme rundt. Vi kan ikke anbefale stedet.
