Dog parks in and near Bindslev

Bindslev lies in northern Vendsyssel, where Uggerby Å winds through a landscape of woodland, plantation and open fields. The town is close to both the river and the woods, and Vendsyssel's coast is not far away. That gives a calm and scenic setting for long dog walks.

In and around Bindslev you will find several woodland dog parks and fenced dog parks where your dog can make the most of woodland floor and shade. Vinstup Skov and Bangsbo hundeskov, which is fenced, offer woodland walks, while Hirtshals Hundepark and a grassy dog park near Hjørring give you more open and fenced options. A few places also have puppy-friendly areas.

Bindslev lies some way inland in Vendsyssel, so it is above all the woods, plantations and the river valley along Uggerby Å that draw you out. The nature around the town gives shelter and plenty of room for long walks all year round.
