About Vinstup Skov - Hundeskov
North of Hjørring in North Jutland you will find the new woodland area Vinstrup Skov, also known as Højene Skovrejsningsområde. A 5-hectare dog park has been set up in Vinstrup Skov, the size of 8.5 football pitches. You can enter the dog park through self-closing gates at both the south-west and south-east corners, and from the car park on Vidstrupvej, directly opposite the entrance to Hjørring Golfklub.

The familiar green Naturstyrelsen (the Danish Nature Agency) signs on red posts, saying both "Vinstrup Skov" and "Hundeskov"
