Dog parks in and near Kastrup

Kastrup lies in the South Zealand countryside near Vordingborg, close to Møn, Falster and the quiet stretches of coast to the south. With fields, small woods and a short way to the water, the area is made for varied dog walks in fresh air.

In and near Kastrup there are several dog parks spread across South Zealand and the islands. The fenced Vintersbølle overdrev near Vordingborg offers hilly nature down towards the fjord, and the fenced Stege Hundeskov on Møn is a popular destination with woodland and shelter. Several places are fenced, and there is both agility equipment and quieter corners for puppies and nervous dogs.

Along the many coasts around Vordingborg, Møn and Falster your dog must be on a lead from 1 April to 30 September and may only run off-lead from 1 October to 31 March, always under control. Only on an official dog beach may your dog swim and run off-lead all year. Outside the summer season, the beaches around Møn and Falster are ideal for long walks along the water.
